British Officer’s Club Party JFC Brunssum
I would like to pass on my thanks on behalf of the British Officers’ Club at JFC Brunssum for the spectacular evening we had at the Caverne de Geulhem on 4 Dec 09. The party was our annual Christmas function and we were fortunate enough to have a really good turnout from our membership, 78 in total. The venue was really superb and created exactly the right atmosphere for the Ball and the various musicians were able to play to great effect.
I have had several notes of thanks for the evening and would like to ask that particular thanks be passed on to the chef for the wonderful meal, and to our organizer on the night who made sure things ran as close to time as possible (even though the speech over-ran which was entirely our fault!). I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to the JFC Brunssum community for other social gatherings and we will certainly consider you for our own functions in the future.

Our experience is memorable and brilliant that no doubt that we will spread the words to everyone especially the "La Caverne de Geulhem", a wonderful venue for parties! The GoldenTulipPark and Derlon Hotel are great for accommodation, what else can I say......everything was fabulous! M-Event's team really done well in providing such excellent fun activities.

The caves were beautiful that night they looked very much like a tropical rain forest. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I would like to especially mention Geert. He seemed to be everywhere and was on top of all situations almost before they happened. He is to be truly commended. There were a couple of situations that he handled wonderfully. The first was one of our female guests thought the sauce on the chicken was mango and let me know she was allergic. I asked of we could have another chicken breast without sauce for her, Geert said no problem and delivered it to her table almost immediately. The next situation was we had 2 guests show up 2 hours late. I asked if anything was still available to feed them and he had them served immediately. This event was a fantastic one.
